Stoning And Islam - இஸ்லாமும் கல்லெறிந்து கொல்லுதலும்

Stoning to death was a very common punishment in the place and the era where Islam was emerged. Like all the other religions, Islam also couldn't escape from reflecting the ideologies and practices of the society it emerged from.

இஸ்லாம் உருவான இடத்திலும் காலத்திலும் கல்லெறிந்து கொல்லும் தண்டனை என்பது இயல்பானதாகவே இருந்தது. மற்றைய எல்லா மதங்களையும்போலவே இஸ்லாமும் தான் உருவான சமூகத்தில் இருந்த நடைமுறைகளிலிருந்தும் கருத்தியலிலிருந்து முழுமையாகத் தப்பிக்கொள்ள முடியவில்லை.

But in the case of adultery, Even Quran doesn't suggest capital punishment for women (As far as I know). To justify their act, Saudi Islamic lawmakers take Hadids which are inferior than Quran and can not override what Quran says according to Islam. 

Entire Muslim community and Muslim institutions should raise against Saudi rulers and their anti-human laws. Without the support of global Muslim community, it's really difficult to overthrow the anti-human anti-Muslim regime of Saudi.

Civilized world must abolish the legal systems based on religions. Laws should be made by people through a democratic mechanism. It's not a problem to include some of the good principles of religion into a county's law, but it should be considered as democratic law. The main danger of religious law is it's holy status which can not be criticized and changed by people using a democratic mechanism.

Everything changes. Laws must be changed according to the new conditions and understandings.

ஆனாலும், சோரம்போதலைப் பொறுத்தவரை என் அறிவுக்கெட்டியவரையில், பெண்களுக்கு மரண தண்டனையை குரான் பரிந்துரைக்கவில்லை. தமது சட்டத்தை நியாயப்படுத்துவதற்காக நபிவழி யை சவூதி சட்ட உருவாக்குநர்கள் எடுத்துக்காட்டுகிறார்கள். இஸ்லாத்தைப் பொறுத்தவரை, நபிவழி என்பது குரான் சொல்வதற்கு முரணாக எதையும் சொல்ல முடியாது.

மனிதகுலத்துக்கு எதிரான சவூதியின் சட்டதிட்டங்களை எதிர்த்து ஒட்டுமொத்த முஸ்லிம் சமூகமும் இஸ்லாமிய நிறுவனங்களும் எழவேண்டியுள்ளது. மனிதகுலத்துக்கு எதிரானதும் இஸ்லாத்துக்கு எதிரானதுமான சவூதி ஆட்சியினை உலக முஸ்லிம்களின் ஆதரவின்றித் தூக்கியெறிவது கடினம்.
நாகரிகமடைந்த உலகம், மதங்களை அடிப்படையாகக்கொண்ட நீதிமுறையை ஒழிக்க வேண்டும். சட்டங்கள் சனநாயக வழிமுறைகளூடாக மக்களால் உருவாக்கப்படவேண்டும். மதங்கைள்ல் உள்ள நல்ல கருத்துக்களைச் சட்டங்களுள் உள்ளடக்குவதொன்றும் சிக்கலில்லை ஆனால் அவை சனநாயகச் சட்டங்களாகக் கருதப்படவேண்டும். மதம் சார் சட்டங்களின் முதன்மையான ஆபத்து அவற்றின் புனிதத் தன்மையாகும். புனிதமானவற்றை கேள்விகேட்கவும் சனநாயக வழுமுறைகளால் மாற்றிக்கொள்ளவும் இயலாமற்போகிறது.

எல்லாமே மாற்றத்துக்குள்ளாகும். சட்டங்களும் புதிய நிலவரத்துக்கும் புதிய புரிதலுக்கும் ஏற்றவண்ணம் மற்றப்பட்டாக வேண்டும்.

News : Sri Lankan female domestic worker, who was recently sentenced to be stoned to death after being found guilty of having a clandestine affair. The youth who had having the affair with Lankan woman had been given 100 lashes as punishment.
